Aylesford Pottery is situated within the beautiful grounds of The Friars in Aylesford, Kent. Steeped in medieval history, it is an inspirational place to learn how to make pottery. Once you have entered The Friars you will find the pottery at the end of the main car park.

From M20 Junction 6 follow signs to Eccles and The Friars.

From M2 Junction 3, then follow signs (towards Maidstone A229) to Eccles and The Friars.

By Public Transport:

You will find Aylesford Pottery a pleasant 30 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride from Aylesford railway station. From Maidstone East railway station take a taxi or a bus to The Friars. Bus number 155 runs from Maidstone East to The Friars Mon – Sat: until 6.00 pm, there is no bus service on Sundays and Public Holidays. Alternatively, from West Malling railway station take a taxi.
